Very disapointed for my stay this time. Not undertsand how come manage by IHG Management and the hospitality from the staff is this bad. Will never stay again here. AC off itself and make me can't slept well for 3 days then on last day let me change the room some more the front desk staff is very rude to client.

Sound isolation is very poor. But location, staff and amenities is pretty nice. Good quality for this price.

Great location and the staff were efficient and friendly. Very decent breakfast. My only small complaint is why only have one bedside table? No where to put my phone or water bottle.

连续住了一周连锁品牌不会踩雷早餐很丰富，楼下就是7-11 去芭提雅大商场也不远，地理位置优越楼顶还有泳池和健身房

前台服务非常周到，早餐可以在花园里吃，品种齐全，味道也不错。去海滩和购物中心，打车或者双条车都方便，价格也不贵。

I book 4 night and asked the hotel if I get my last day refunded because I had some work changes, THEY REFUSED. Surprised that a hotel like Holiday Inn would act like that just because of one night, even tho they were full of guests. Disappointed! The hotel is nice, small swimming pool and gym. Location could be better and staff COULD BE NICE!

I stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep, and breakfast offered plenty of variety with many options to choose from. The gym was clean and well-equipped, and the rooftop pool was a nice spot to relax, even if not very large. That said, a couple of things could be improved. The shower water pressure was quite weak, which made showers less enjoyable. The table in the room had some cracks and looked a bit worn out. The location is convenient, but the surrounding area can feel crowded, which might not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and amenities at a reasonable level, but there’s room for improvement in maintenance and facilities.

All staffs are nice. The room is small but have every necessary things for a short stay. The location is a bit difficult to reach if you travel there in night time due to all business around the area are opened.
